Outrun an Ambulance
Run. Walk. Cycle. Beat the Ambulance.
Support lifesaving work across our communities by taking on the Outrun an Ambulance challenge.
What is Outrun an Ambulance?
The Outrun an Ambulance challenge asks participants to beat the distance an ambulance travels in an average shift — plus one extra mile.
You can complete the challenge however you like: running, walking, cycling, swimming, or mixing activities. Participants have up to three months to complete the distance.
