Host something social
Bring people together with a coffee morning, tea party, quiz night, raffle, bake sale or community celebration.
Take on a challenge
Run, walk, cycle, swim or try something adventurous. Join an organised event or create a challenge of your own.
Celebrate and give
Ask for donations instead of presents for a birthday, anniversary or other special occasion.
Host a collection tin
Place one of our collection tins in a shop, pub, pharmacy, garage or other local business to raise funds and awareness.
Shop and recycle
Raise money through eligible online shopping or donate unwanted clothes using participating recycling banks.

Schools, clubs and community groups
A non-uniform day, sports event, concert, golf day, fete or charity match can unite your community around a lifesaving cause. Groups can also adopt us as their charity of the year.
Subject to availability, we may be able to support your plans with a talk about the ambulance service, CPR training or defibrillator awareness.
